Belle Rose, LA (February 24, 2026) – A 60-year-old plant worker died after being struck by a loose hose during an industrial accident on Sunday, February 22, at a facility off Grand Bayou Road in Belle Rose. The victim was identified as Keith Foreman, who was part of a three-person crew performing a routine pressure test on a brine well when the equipment failed.
Foreman and two other workers were hit when the hose came loose. He died from his injuries, while the two injured workers were airlifted to a hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released.
